Our Story
JND Transport and Logistics Pty Ltd began with a simple observation: too many businesses were left guessing about their freight. Shipments slipped through communication gaps, quotes arrived with hidden extras, and smaller operators were treated as an afterthought. Our founders set out to build a different kind of freight company — one built on clear answers and delivered promises.
Starting with a single vehicle and a handful of loyal customers, we focused on doing the basics exceptionally well: turning up on time, handling freight carefully and communicating honestly. That reputation travelled faster than we did. Today, from our base in Melbourne VIC, we coordinate metropolitan deliveries, interstate linehaul and warehousing support for clients across manufacturing, retail, agriculture and e-commerce.
Growth has changed the scale of our operation, but not its character. Every customer still deals with people who know their name, their freight and their deadlines — and every consignment is managed as if it were our own.
Our Melbourne VIC operations base anchors a nationwide freight network.
Our Values
Four principles guide every decision we make, from the quotes we issue to the way we treat our drivers, carriers and customers.
Reliability
When we commit to a delivery window, we meet it. Careful scheduling and honest communication are the backbone of our operation.
Safety
Well-maintained vehicles, diligent load restraint and a strong chain-of-responsibility culture protect your freight and everyone on the road.
Integrity
Transparent pricing, straightforward advice and no surprises. If something changes, you hear it from us first.
Partnership
We take the time to understand your business, building long-term relationships rather than one-off transactions.
Careful planning precedes every consignment we move.
How We Work
Every job follows a clear, repeatable process, whether it is a single pallet across town or a recurring linehaul contract.

- Quote: you receive clear, itemised pricing before anything moves — no hidden charges.
- Move: our coordinated vehicles and trusted carrier network keep your freight on schedule.
- Confirm: you receive progress updates and proof of delivery, so nothing is left to guesswork.
